- summary: Thirty-five year (1980-2014) Estuarine-Carbon-Biogeochemistry model simulation for the Chesapeake Bay (ChesROMS-ECB), from an implementation similar to that published in Feng et al. (2015) except with nudging at the boundaries for many of the biogeochemical variables, new initial conditions, modified DOM parameterizations, new DLEM river forcing, NARR winds, and atmospheric nitrogen deposition. Two oxygen variables are included: the oxygen ecosystem variable as well as the dye01 oxygen variable calculated using a constant respiration model (i.e. using code similar to HYPOXIA_SRM).
