Description:
- summary: This continuous reanalysis was generated by assembling the second day analysis in each 3-day DA cycle. The data assimilation system utilized the ROMS IS4DVAR module and assimilated all the observations collected in LaTTE 2006 spring field experiment period. In the DA system, every two neighbouring cycles have 2 days overlap. The analysis of the first day in the first cycle and the last day in the last cycle were also kept in this reanalysis. Before the assimilation, the tidal currents in HFradar data were replaced with model tidal currents. The observational data file is obs_noru07intrsn_romstide_newh.nc . The grid is latte coarse grid 4b (roms_latte_grid_4b.nc) which has horizontal resolution about 2 km.
