- summary: This simulation reproduces the previous 16420 run but with an updated version of the ROMS source code. Previous 16420 was run with ROMS version 3.2, revision 366. This new simulation uses ROMS version 3.6 revision 623. Input files "bio_fennel.in" and "ocean.in" remains the same. The main changes to "nena.h" are the use of TALK_NONCONSERV instead of previous TALK_ PROGNOSTIC and the inclusion of pCO2_RZ (see global attributes form more details).
